1 Introduction

Welcome to 92bat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that govern your use of the 92bat platform, including our website at 92bat.app, our Android application, and all games and services accessible through them. Please read them fully before you register or place any bets.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the 92bat platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2 Eligibility

3 Your Account

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on 92bat. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all related accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When you register, you must provide accurate information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 92bat will never ask for your full password through any channel — if you receive such a request, do not respond and contact support immediately.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 92bat support straight away. You remain responsible for all activity on your account until you notify us of any suspected breach.

• Account registration is free and requires a valid mobile number.
• Only one account per device, phone number, and household is permitted.
• 92bat may ask for KYC (Know Your Customer) documents before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity review.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 92bat are made in PKR. We support the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct Bank Transfer, and standard debit/credit cards where available. Mobile wallets are also accepted through supported channels.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account. 92bat does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.

Deposits are generally credited to your 92bat account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference.

• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — payments made from someone else's account — are not permitted and may be reversed.
• 92bat reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal linked to that deposit.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once games have been played with that balance.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds at any time, subject to the conditions in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible.

Before your first withdrawal — or at any point if our review team requires it — you may be asked to verify your identity by submitting a copy of your CNIC or another acceptable identity document. This is a standard KYC process and protects both you and the platform.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe stated on the withdrawals page.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of your request.
• Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Sports Betting Rules

92bat offers sports betting markets on Cricket, including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and other international cricket events, as well as Football, Esports, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or change a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within a reasonable period (as determined by 92bat), bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Live betting markets close automatically based on match conditions. 92bat is not responsible for bets placed based on information received after the relevant in-play event.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — including technical errors or incorrectly displayed prices — 92bat reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. Current limits are shown on the betting page.
• For cricket, 92bat follows standard DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) methodology for rain-affected matches in determining bet outcomes.
• Winnings from void bets are not counted toward wagering requirements.

8 Casino & Games

Casino games on 92bat — including Live Casino tables, Slots, and Fish Games — use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operations that are designed to deliver fair and unpredictable results. By playing any casino game, you accept that outcomes are random and that past results do not influence future ones.

• Game rules are displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before playing.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, 92bat's server records will determine the outcome of the round.
• Malfunctions in any game software void all pays and plays for the affected round.
• Progressive jackpot amounts shown are approximate and subject to update in real time.

9 VIP Programme

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 92bat. Violation of any of these will result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false registration information or impersonating another individual.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or poker-style games.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Making deposits using payment methods not in your own name.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming limits through secondary accounts.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the platform, its servers, or other users' experience.
